My work is embedded in the values of genuine, empathetic connection. I believe that each individual has an innate need for growth, belonging and a sense of purpose. Dysfunction is nothing but the discomfort that is experienced by mind, body and soul when it is ready for growth.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My job is more of a facilitator to help you navigate your journey that is your unique path to healing and growth. I approach my clients from a biopsychosocial-spiritual model and incorporate all elements in a contextualized manner to help you grow at your own pace and in your own direction.
